Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug takes the fifth place in the rating of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications

Yamal takes the fifth place in the rating of regions on a share of citizens registered in the Unified system of identification and authentication.

The five leaders include the Republic of Tyva (70.6%), Tula Oblast (65.8%), Kursk Oblast (64.8%), Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (64%) and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (66.1%). This information was given by the deputy minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Aleksey Kozyrev on the sitting of the governmental commission on use of information technologies for improvement of life quality and conditions of business activity.
The participants discussed indexes of functioning of infrastructure of the electronic government, the course of fulfillment of the 601st decree of the president in regions. For today 47 million and 400 thousand people are registered in the Unified system of identification and authentication. Increase in the number of users of electronic state services in April of 2017 made more than 2 million people.
A half of population of Yamal (259 thousand people) has been already registered on the Unified portal of state services. 129 points of confirmation of identity at registration function in the region. Since the first of January of 2017 twenty thousand people of Yamal have sent applications for rendering of services by means of the Unified portal of state services. Use of the regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction of the region allowed decreasing the number of visits of citizens to different establishments almost on 200 thousand. Services in the building branch were transferred to the electronic form for physical persons, services of licensing – for juridical persons. It touched upon systems of health care, education and natural-resource regulation.
