The director general notes that on its balance sheet the company set 7 million and 900 thousand tonnes of extractable oil reserves in categories B1 and 23 milliard cubic meters of gas - new formations and deposits were opened in Kraineye, Yety-Purovskoye, Vyngaiakhinskoye, Sutorminskoye and Meretoyakhinskoye fields. In addition, in December a new deposit was opened in Valyntoyskoye field, here expected increase in oil reserves by category B1 and B2 exceeds 10 million tonnes. In addition, according to him, the company managed to reduce the time of well construction in average on two days and to optimize their design. It allowed saving tens of millions rubles. During this year 81 new wells were input to operation, additional production on them made almost half a million tonnes of oil.
Also Valery Chikin tells that the company continues operating successfully with difficult reserves. A significant part of wells drilled this year is on the account of such objects. “Difficult” oil is extracted in Sutorminskoye, Vyngaiakhinskoye, Valyntoyskoye, Yety-Purovskoye fields. In addition, drilling of two wells in Bazhenov suite was completed in Vyngaiakhinskoye. The length of the horizontal sections of these wells exceeds one thousand meters. It is planned to develop them with use of multistage hydraulic fracturing.
Changes in economy require for the company’s new steps in increase in efficiency of production.
The company is taking these steps quite successfully. In 2017 the company took a new course for development of operational efficiency. And as the director general notes, the program “Lean production” (Lean approach) is an important, even system-forming element of this work. It foresees an integrated approach to management of efficiency, including with use of instruments of “Lean production”, as he says. (The note: “Lean production” is the system of uninterrupted improvements being introduced in the company “Gazprom Neft” with the aim to increase effectiveness of all business processes also with personal participation of each employee).
Some divisions of the company tested the new instruments and received good results. Thus, this year employees suggested more than 700 ideas on improvement of processes. The economic effect of fulfillment of the initiatives and projects on increase in operational efficiency made more than 90 million rubles; the expected effect next year can make more than 110 million rubles.
Considering the positive experience, the company plans to extend the sphere of use of new instruments for further increase in efficiency. The director general thanks everyone, who participates in these changes, is ready to development and is not afraid to look on his or her work in a new way.
