A six-year-old boy from the town Salekhard participated in the international creative festival in Saint-Petersburg

The international creative festival for children with restricted abilities of health «One step towards» was finished in Saint-Petersburg. About 300 people from 40 Russian regions and also from Latvia and Belarus participated in it.
By the information given in the press-service of the governor of Yamal, the region was represented by the six-year-old boy from Salekhard Nikolay Vasilenko. He is a pupil of Angelika Kulmametova. He studies singing during one year, but managed to participate in the festival «Voices of Russia» in Saint-Petersburg and in the cultural program of Paralympics in Sochi.
The program included performance in Saint-Petersburg, the culturological conference on art-therapy and therapy of tolerance and also master-classes for singers playing folk musical instruments and artists.
Besides, the participants visited the Hermitage, the State Russian Museum, the Saint Isaac Cathedral, the Peter and Paul Fortress, the museum of Alexander Suvorov, the museum and nature reserve of Petergof, the Alexander Nevsky Monastery and the museum of town sculpture.
