Development of difficult reserves requires for new technologies, reagents, kinds of equipment and materials. Today there are many bureaucratic obstacles for input of new useful models to operation. But, owing to the sanctions, all these obstacles will be removed on an emergency basis.
It was told by the director of the center for decontamaterials, Tyumen State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering Viktor Ryadinskiy on the plenary session of the forum «Oil and Gas. Fuel and energy complex 2014». It is taking place in Tyumen. Work of Russian companies in the conditions of the sanctions became one of the main topics of the forum. According to the words of the director on development of the Research institute of ecology, the general partner of the forum, Yulia Deneko, enterprises with «a Russian passport» have big potential, and now they have a good chance to show themselves. Thus, the institute became the organizer of the conference on methods of minimization of human negative influence on nature and on introduction of new technologies at development of natural resources. As the moderator of the conference Viktor Ryadinskiy explains, negative influence will grow in conditions of development of oil-extracting industry. It requires for innovations in the sphere of ecology and environmental protection.
The forum will allow the participants to identify a new vector of development in the sphere of oil and gas extraction and oil service. As it is noted by the director general of the National Energy Security Fund, the first vice-rector of the Financial University at the Government of the Russian Federation Konstantin Simonov, in the difficult situation formed for today in Russian economy there are both threats and opportunities. 50 years of extraction of natural resources in Western Siberia left their mark. It is clear that old extractive fields are not able to provide amounts of extraction at the same level. It needs to compensate.
The issue about development of difficult oil reserves of Western Siberian region is included to the agenda. It requires for big expenditures and innovative technologies. The sanctions imposed by the EU and the USA on the Russian Federation include restriction of access to western technologies, as it is informed to IA «Sever-Press» in the Research institute of ecology.
According to the words of Konstantin Simonov, within the forum the participants are trying to analyze both pessimistic and optimistic views on development of the situation with difficult reserves. He is sure that Russia has all the opportunities for independent solving of this problem, and the way to fulfill import substitution in the branch will be found.
According to the words of Yulia Deneko, in search for answers it needs to accumulate the whole experience of specialists, who participate in the forum during many years and regularly present variants to solve similar problems. As she notes, it is known that companies from Russia more often do not concede to foreign analogues, but lose in competition because of lesser fame. In the conditions of the sanctions the developers have a chance to show themselves.
