The government of the Russian Federation allocated more than seventy milliard rubles for creation of the sea port of Sabetta

Prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Medvedev signed the decree about allocation of 71 milliard and 200 million rubles for building of objects of the sea port in the district of the settlement Sabetta and creation of the navigation approach channel in the Gulf of Ob for transportation of liquefied natural gas.
The document was published on the website of the government of Russia.
The total amount of financing makes 97 milliard and 200 million rubles, 26 milliard rubles of them are from out-budgetary sources. As it is noted in the decree, the funds are redistributed within the federal targeted program «Development of transport system of Russia in 2010-2020», as IA «RosBusinessConsulting» informs.
The aim of the project is to create objects of sea port infrastructure to provide export of liquefied natural gas from the South-Tambey field of the Yamal peninsula to countries of Western Europe, North and South Americas and countries of the Asia-Pacific region.
The port should provide transshipment of liquefied natural gas in the amount of 16 million and 500 thousand tons. Stages and terms of fulfillment of the project are 2012-2020. As it is explained in materials to the document, the decree was adopted for fulfillment of the instruction of the President of Russia of the 15th of October, 2013 about fulfillment of the project «Yamal LNG».
