The dance ensemble «Syra-Sev» will perform on the nomadic festival in Bryansk

The national dance ensemble of Yamal «Syra-Sev» will perform on the 11th nomadic festival «Alluring Worlds. Ethnic Russia». It will take place in Bryansk on the 6th of November. Its program is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory.
Performing artists from ethnic minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of Russia will participate in the concert program. Among them there are: the Itelmen folkloric ensemble from Kamchatka «Elvel», the ethnic group «Taymyrskiy agrish», the theater of Sami traditions from Murmansk Oblast «Ellmannt», the honored artists of the Russian Federation Bolot Bairyshev from the Republic of Altai and the recognized romantic of the Russian North from Evenkiya Vladimir Khomenko. Performances of the collectives will acquaint inhabitants of Bryansk with culture of Nenets, Khanty, Mansi, Selkoup, Itelmen, Eveny, Evenk, Koryak, Sami, Kumandin, Dolgan, Nganasan, Enets peoples, as it is informed on the portal of Bryansk.
The participants of the program will demonstrate ethnic clothes, will present traditional homes of northern peoples, items of everyday life, of crafts, the photo-exhibition, will acquaint them with national games. Nenets nomads will show original arrangements of national songs and fairy-tales. Within master-classes people of Bryansk will be able to learn how to dance northern dances and study throat singing. Inhabitants of Taymyr will invite them into a Nenets choum (home of northern peoples, it is similar to a tepee). They will tell how to read history of the whole family clan on the Nganasan suit. Inhabitants of Murmansk Oblast will conduct training for amateurs of fishing. Descendents of the Indian tribe of Tlingit people – Itelmens famous in the whole world with their holiday «Alhahalalai», will share secrets of life and harmony with nature.
Bryansk is one of 65 towns, to where the nomadic festival will arrive.
