A work shop on growing of muksun with capacity 600 tons per year will be opened in Tyumen Oblast, the settlement Molodyozhny.
According to the information given by the consultant of the regional department of investment policy and state support of entrepreneurship Igor Borisov, building of the fish-processing production with the total cost about 1 milliard rubles has conducted since 2012.
The first stage supposes construction of the work shop on fish processing with capacity about 5 tons per year. The second one is connected with building of the work shop of water supply closed cycle on growing of pike-perch and muksun with capacity 600 tons per year. 192 new working places will be created owing to fulfillment of this large investment project.
According to the data of Ural scientists, building of the work shop on growing of muksun in Tyumen Oblast is very important. As the director of the Institute of ecology of plants and animals at the Ural branch of the RAS, doctor biological sciences Vladimir Bogdanov informs, a brand of the Ob basin – the fish muksun – is on the verge of disappearing. For preservation of this species it needs to forbid catching of muksun for some time in the region. Negotiations on prohibition on catching of muksun are being conducted.
Also Vladimir Bogdanov told about disappearing of other species of fish such as sturgeon, salmon and taimen – large salmon fish.
