These centers will work in full capacity approximately by 2020-2025.
Development of the centers would be impossible without building of large infrastructural communications – the trunk gas pipeline Bovanenkovo-Ukhta, the sea port of Sabetta, the oil pipeline system Zapolyarye – Purpe. The governor notes that building of the pipeline Bovanenkovo – Ukhta – Torzhok and the gas pipeline Zapolyarye – Purpe – Samotlor will be finished in 2016.
Dmitriy Kobylkin underlines that an additional impulse is given to oil and gas branch by revival of the Northern Sea Route. The key event took place in August – the first summer shipment of oil from Novoportovskoye field, in the district of the settlement Mys Kamenniy. For the first time «the black gold» from the largest deposits of Yamal was sent for export to Europe on the Northern Sea Route. In the end of 2015 it is planned to input the sea terminal «Novy Port» in the Gulf of Ob to operation for export of oil.
