The final press-conference of the plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Ural Federal Okrug Igor Kholmanskikh and the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin took place in the town Noyabrsk. They answered questions of journalists of Yamal, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs.
The governor answered to the question about human resourcing of the perinatal center being built in the town Noyabrsk and about issues of housing for specialists. As he tells, when building of the center was started, requests from different parts of Russia about a wish to work in this center were received. Now the administration actively works in this direction and will choose the most professional and experienced specialists. The problem of housing will be also solved. Special programs exist. Resettlement benefits are paid.
The journalists asked the plenipotentiary about his assessment of objects being built in Noyabrsk. As he says, the fact that such high technological medical establishments are opened in the town and much housing is built produces the most favorable impression. He expresses a wish that small towns of Russia and Ural Federal Okrug, which are in big amount in the country, would look like Noyabrsk.
Dmitriy Kobylkin answered to questions about influence of geopolitical and economic situation in the world on the largest projects of Yamal – the Northern Latitudinal Route, Yamal LNG, the port of Sabetta. As for large investment projects of Yamal, in the opinion of the governor, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin said well about it. In his speech on «South Stream» he said about strengthening of work on liquefying of natural gas. For Dmitriy Kobylkin these words are confirmation of so that LNG should be manufactured exactly there, where extractive fields are situated, the Yamal and the Gydan peninsulas. And, of course production of LNG is connected with water; therefore approach to the World Ocean is necessary. It confirms once more that the region will not decrease tempos of development, as the governor of Yamal says.
