The acting governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin was included to the state commission on issues of development of the Arctic, as polit.ru informs. Earlier the vice-president of the Russian Geographical Society Artur Chilingarov noted that he would like that «the young» would be involved into work.
In particular, the deputy chairperson of the committee of the State Duma on natural resources, nature management and ecology Mikhail Slipenchuk, the ex-governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Yuriy Neyolov and his successor Dmitriy Kobylkin and also the head of Nenets Autonomous Okrug Igor Koshin.
In total the commission includes more than 60 people, among whom there are representatives of the largest state companies (Gazprom, Rosneft, Transneft), defense and law-enforcement agencies, the presidential administration, the governor corps and other bodies of the power. The chairperson of the state commission Dmitriy Rogozin will have five deputies: the minister for natural resources and ecology Sergey Donskoy, the minister for energy Alexander Novak, the minister for economic development Aleksey Ulyukayev, the minister for transport Maksim Sokolov and the deputy secretary of the Security Council of Russia Vladimir Nazarov (on agreement). The regulation about the commission and its personnel will be published soon.
