The Ministry for agriculture allocated more than 90 million rubles for development of rural territories of Yamal

The chairperson of the government of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Medvedev signed the regulation prepared in the Ministry for agriculture and directed to development of rural territories. This year subsidies in the size 90 million and 237 thousand rubles will be allocated to Yamal from the federal budget, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs.
As the minister for agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev underlines, the program on sustainable development of rural territories will help to smooth out the difference between towns and rural territories. About 40 million people live on rural territories of Russia. Therefore, it needs to create serious economic preconditions for profitability of all forms of economy, stimuli for people to reside, to build their homes and to form their own future.
Subsidies are given to the budget of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug on the federal targeted program on sustainable development of rural territories in 2014-2017 and till 2020 for co-financing of expenditure obligations on two directions. They touched upon housing conditions of citizens residing on rural territories, including young families and specialists, and complex development of objects of social and engineering infrastructure. It means water supply, gasification, complex improvement of grounds for compact house building, development of educational institutions, sports constructions and medical-obstetrical stations.
The total amount of subsidies of the federal budget sent to regions for this aims make about 9 milliard rubles.
For the present day contribution of Yamal to development of agriculture achieves 3 milliard and 500 million rubles per year. It is financed on the state program «Development of agro-industrial complex, fishery and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuff». Subsidies are given to organizations and individual businesspeople, communities, cooperative societies. The amount of regional capital investments to agriculture increases on an average on 8 percent per year.
