Yamal exported more than a thousand tons of venison to Europe

By the instruction of the presidential envoy in Ural Federal Okrug, his deputy Alexander Moiseyev conducted the sitting of the council on economic policy in the mode of videoconference.
The participants scrutinized creation of complex system on support of advancement of domestic products to external markets.
A deputy governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the director of the department of international and external economic relations Alexander Mazharov told about the results of external trade activity of the region. According to his words, during the latest three years the region exported more than 1200 tons of venison to Europe on the sum more than 7 million euro.
Next year together with the department of agro-industrial complex and the veterinary service the department plans activities on increase in number of exporters among companies of Yamal. Demand on high-ecological products significantly exceeds supply. Potential partners from Sweden, Germany, Norway, Estonia and Latvia are ready to cooperation in one row with China, as it is informed on the website of the chief federal inspector in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Cooperation with the University of the Arctic is continued in order to strengthen positions of the region as an arctic territory. Students of Yamal agro-economic technical school took short course in Finland on the EU directives meeting system of self-control of workshops for slaughtering deer and processing deer meat.
