Representatives of Yamal will perform on the international forum of Finno-Ugric youth in Komi

The international forum of Finno-Ugric youth was opened in the village Shilyayevo, Komi Republic.
It will last till the 6th of December. Young people from Finland, Estonia, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Murmansk Oblast, Karelia, Mordovia, the Mari El Republic, Udmurtia, Moscow and Saint Petersburg are participating in it.
The delegation from Yamal includes a correspondent of the editorial office of the regional newspaper in Khanty language «Lukh Avt» Valentina Rokhtymova, a student of Yamal polar agro-economic technical school Vyacheslav Sandrin and a representative of the youth department of the Yamal-Nenets regional public movement «Izvatas» Anastasia Vityazeva. The representatives of Yamal will speak on reports on topics of the sections and will present folkloristic performances in their native languages, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs.
The activists from Yamal will share experience on sections «Popularization of Finno-Ugric languages through the prism of creative approaches of their use in everyday life», «Commercialization of cultural projects», «International law. Protection of rights of indigenous peoples on territories of traditional residence». The resolution will be taken by the results of the forum.
