Building of new centers of gas extraction in Yamal and on the Gydan peninsula and also in the Far East will allow 8-9 times increasing export to countries of the Asia-Pacific region.
This information was given by the deputy director of the department of state energy policy at the ministry for energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Romanov on the 7th Russian-German Forum on Energy Efficiency in Yekaterinburg.

It is possible to reach this index at startup of new large plants of LNG in Yamal and Sakhalin.
In total more than 230 fields of hydrocarbons were explored in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, 77 of them are on the stage of industrial designing, 19 were prepared for industrial development, search and prospecting work is conducted in 139, as TASS reminds.
