Yamal is included to ten regions with maximum stability

The foundation «Petersburg Policy» made the rating of regions for December of 2015. Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is included to 10 regions with maximum stability, which received more than 8 points. Yamal has 8.1 points.
The experts mark positive events that took place in the region. They are: signing of the contract of purchase and sell of 9.9% of shares of «Yamal LNG» between the Chinese Silk Road Fund and the company «NOVATEK», signing by the governor of Yamal Dmitriy Kobylkin of the agreements about cooperation with the Ministry for industry and trade, NOVATEK and «Gazprom Neft». The following events are marked as positive: building and opening of new sports complexes in the towns Noyabrsk and Muravlenko, introducing by the Legislative Assembly of Yamal of tax privileges for TV and radio companies, leasing companies and businessmen that render consumer and domestic services, restarting of work of a maternity department of the district hospital in Krasnoselkoup district and approving by the Fund of housing and communal services of the request from the region for giving of financial support for resettlement of citizens from ramshackle housing fund. Yamal also took the first place on fulfillment of the program on resettlement from unsafe housing fund and on accessibility of purchase of housing into the mortgage. As we should note, Tyumen Oblast also was included to 10 regions with maximum stability. It received 8.4 points. The following events were marked as positive: manufacturing of the first of the fifteen drilling rigs for Rosneft, opening of the educational centre for specialists working with pipelines made of polymeric materials, the third place of the governor Vladimir Yakushev in the rating of efficacy of governors made by the Foundation for Civil Society Development and others.
