Specialists from Yamal are educated on standards “WorldSkills Russia”

Pedagogues from Yamal are educated in leading specialized centers for competences “WorldSkills Russia”.
Alexander Golozubov from Muravlenko multidiscipline college was the first to visit these lessons. With colleagues from Rostov, Samara and Moscow regions he passed education in the technical school of Sergey Korolev on a competence “welding production”.
According to the information given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” by the deputy chief of the office of regional development Andrey Baibarodskikh, the trainings were conducted by the national expert of “WorldSkills Russia” for welding technology and sheet metal working Victor Laskin.
Last year thirty-eight people were trained in the region, this year it is planned to teach other seventeen pedagogues. After the courses specialists teach students in Yamal to work on new equipment, due to that they gain new competencies on standards “WorldSkills Russia”. Lessons help to educate students for participation in regional, federal and international competitions under the aegis of “WorldSkills”, as he explains.
As we should remind, in December the first regional championship of professional skills among young people “WorldSkills Russia Yamal 2015” took place in Noyabrsk College of professional and information technologies. Thirty-four students from seven colleges of Yamal competed in the nominations “Confectionery”, “Electrical work”, “Welding production”, “Repair and maintenance of cars”, “Preschool education”, “Cooking”. The best representatives on the professions will represent Yamal on the national competitions on standards “WorldSkills Russia”. The semi-final of the championship of Ural Federal Okrug will take place next spring. In the case of the victory the representatives of Yamal will be included to the national team of Russia for participation in international competitions, as the department of education of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug informs.
