The regional tour of the All-Russian Youth Readings named after V.I. Vernadsky is taking place in Noviy Urengoy

The 6th open regional tour of the All-Russian Youth Readings named after V.I. Vernadsky is taking place in Noviy Urengoy at support of the company “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy”. Wide geography of participants is a main feature of the educational forum this year. Pupils from Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Tyumen Oblast and the Republic of Crimea are included to the number of the participants.

105 best works were selected from 197 on the extramural stage, as the press center of “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy” informs. The contestants presented them in 6 inter-subject sections: biology, ecology, environmental pollution; ecology of human; physics, mathematics, economics; literature studies, linguistics; regional study of local lore; history, sociology and law.
On the intramural stage the participants of the readings will demonstrate their scientific potential and will make the primary contribution to development of ecological safety of the region. Further they will be involved to educational environment of leading higher education institutions of Moscow during 10 days of the specialized session.
By the results of the stand session and plenary hearings the expert commission will select the best works of the contestants. The winners of the regional tour will represent Yamal in Moscow on the All-Russian tour.
