Gas workers of Noyabrsk received the award for ecological culture

The company “Gazprom dobycha Noyabrsk” became the winner in the international project “Ecological culture. Peace and harmony”.
The gas workers were marked in the nomination “Ecological culture in industry and energy” with the project “Ecological culture in the company Gazprom dobycha Noyabrsk”. The diploma of the winner and the cup were given in Moscow to the deputy director general of the enterprise on production Sergey Maslakov, who supervises issues of ecology. This information was given to the news agency “Sever-Press” in the service on public relations and communication with mass media of the company “Gazprom dobycha Noyabrsk”.
This is the award for the whole range of activities, both industrial and social, which the company conducts not for the first year, as Sergey Maslakov says. The company inculcated the environmental management system. Employees support environmental actions, conduct cleaning and landscaping activities, purify water in water objects, conduct selective collection of waste, and organize ecological lessons in schools. Such ecological approach is the corporate identity of the company, as he notes.
The Vernadsky non-governmental ecological foundation is the organizer of the international project “Ecological culture. Peace and harmony” together with the interregional ecological public organization “Greenlight”, with support of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. The project is fulfilled to identify and encourage ideas and projects that have practical use in the sphere of formation and development of ecological culture in Russia. This year the commission received over 300 applications on 7 directions.
