A chess player from Yamal Anna Sergeeva won the silver award on the world championship

A sportswoman from Salekhard Anna Sergeeva won the silver medal on the world championship on chess among sportspeople with lesions of the musculoskeletal system. It took place in Slovakia.
This information was given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” in the Polar chess school of Anatoly Karpov.
The strongest 40 chess players from ten countries played according to the Swiss system in nine rounds. Anna scored four points from possible nine and took the second place among juniors. As it is noted in the school, this is not the last success of Anna on such high level.
Anna Sergeeva is a student of the Polar chess school of Anatoly Karpov, a participant of regional, Russian and international competitions on chess. Every year the sportswoman from Yamal plays for the national team of Russia. She studies English and Greek languages.
