Customs officers of Yamal registered three times increase in goods turnover

During five months of this year the customs officers of Yamal registered 308 thousand and 300 tonnes of cargoes with the cost 1 milliard and 700 million US dollars. The share of imports made 96 thousand tonnes on the sum 1 milliard and 600 million US dollars or 95.1 percent of foreign trade turnover, export — 212 thousand and 300 tonnes on 83 million and 100 thousand US dollars.

In comparison to the same period of last year, goods turnover three times increased, cargo turnover decreased on 35.8 percent. Goods turnover with the CIS countries increased on 12.7 percent, with the far foreign countries — 3 times. Growth is still connected with fulfillment of customs operations in the sea and air checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation in the settlement of Sabetta.
As it is informed in a press-service of the office, increase in goods turnover with far foreign countries is stipulated with growth of export amounts to Poland on 10.9 percent and import amounts from Belgium in 16.4 times, China — 4.4 times.
The top of the leading trade partners includes China, Belgium, Indonesia and Poland. Main imports are made from China — 64.4 percent of total imports, from Belgium — 16.6 percent, Indonesia — 10.6 percent. These countries deliver boilers, equipment, mechanical devices and machines.
Hydrocarbons, petroleum products, mineral fuel, in the total exports 99 percent, and also machines, equipment and transport vehicles were exported to Finland and Poland.
