“Vorota Arktiki”, “Yamal LNG” and other business projects will be presented on the International conference in Moscow

Experience of Yamal in fulfillment of business projects will be presented in Moscow on the international conference on economic programs of development of regions. It is taking place on the 25th of January in the building of the Federation Council of Russia. 

The conference on international and national economic programs as an instrument of development of Russian regions will gather about 600 participants on its platform. Among them there are 50 representatives of foreign states, ambassadors and trade representatives and also community of friendship and cooperation, the largest Russian and foreign associations, public organizations that unite enterprises of all sectors of economy.
Members of the Federation Council, deputies of the State Duma, representatives of federal bodies of the executive power and regional bodies of the state power will participate in work of the conference. Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug will be represented by the head of the representational office of the region under the government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Zakharov. He plans to report about experience and prospects of fulfillment of business projects on the territory of the arctic region, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs.
The exhibition of regional investment projects and also leading enterprises will take place within the event. Yamal will present large investment projects being fulfilled in the region such as “The Northern Latitudinal Railway”, Bovanenkovo field, the sea oil terminal “Vorota Arktiki” and “Yamal LNG”.
The plenary session dedicated to investment and economic potential of Russian regions and also the strategic session on ways of increase in multilateral cooperation within integration programs are key ones on the conference. It is planned to discuss issues of growth of competitiveness of Russian economy, the best practices of regions, non-resource sources of development of the country’s economy, effectiveness of use of private-public partnership with attracting of foreign capital.
The event is being organized for perfection of the system of direct international relations of Russian subjects, export-orientated enterprises of industry with foreign partners, finding ways for elimination of administrative barriers that hinder effective external economic activity.
