Conclusions made after the two-day inspection of national arctic settlements in Yamalskiy district became the main ones at the final conference that took place in the settlement Yar-Salye.

The governor of Yamal Dmitry Kobylkin conducted the joint sitting for representatives of specialized departments of the Autonomous Okrug and structures of the municipality. The complex inspection was conducted to check up state of key spheres of activity in the district. The following official persons participated in the inspection: a deputy governor of the region Tatyana Buchkova, a deputy governor Sergey Karasyov, the director of the department of health Sergey Novikov, the director of the department on affairs of indigenous peoples of the North Inna Sotruyeva, the director of the department of education Marina Kravets, the first deputy heads of specialized departments supervising construction and agriculture Yevgeniy Kuzayev and Andrey Rubashin.
Evaluating work of the management team in general, the governor expressed his approval of the head of Yamalskiy district Andrey Kugaievskiy for achieved results but also he expressed some remarks.
Thus, Dmitry Kobylkin notes that discussion of projects on improvement of settlements within the priority program “Comfortable environment” should be conducted among the maximum number of inhabitants. These projects should be competitive also at the regional level — funds in the regional budget of Yamal were laid, the program is long-term, conditions of selection of the best projects for fulfillment are known. Such projects should be informative and full, in other words, popular and necessary for population during the whole year round. The head of the municipality is personally responsible for the given direction.
A building object of high readiness — the center for national cultures with the museum and library complex and the archive in Yar-Salye is set for the specialized regional structures under control as priority for completion and input to operation in the district. The list of new buildings with increased attention also includes capacities of a new building of the boarding school and several sports objects. Attention is paid to a kindergarten for 240 pupils — preference here should be given to new intellectual developing games.
Instructions of the governor of Yamal on development of the roadmap in solving the issue of building of special houses to provide tundra-dwellers, who completed their working activity in agriculture, with comfortable housing became important for reindeer herders — veterans. The work on the issue will be conducted by all responsible structures, as the governor of Yamal informs.
The issue on the order and rules of reindeer tagging presented at the meeting of the governor of Yamal with residents of Yar-Salye was also discussed at the final meeting. It is planned to conduct the extended sitting of responsible structures in cooperation with veterinary service of the region and representatives from indigenous ethnic minorities of the North in order to analyze the situation and to exclude problems with reindeer tags for tundra dwellers.
The final set of instructions in educational and construction sectors, agriculture and other spheres will be presented to all responsible persons.
