The sitting of the Presidium of the State Council being conducted by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin in Rostov-on-Don was dedicated to prospects of development of industrial potential in Russian regions. Members of the Presidium of the State Council, including the head of the arctic region Dmitry Kobylkin, ministers of Russia and heads of subjects of the Federation participated in the work of the sitting. This information is given by the press-service of the governor of Yamal.
Opening the sitting, in his report Vladimir Putin, in particular, noted that “promotion of industrial, economic growth is an extremely important task for all levels of the power, the key condition for development of social sphere, improvement of quality of people’s life”.
As Vladimir Putin reminded, this year the program on improvement of labor productivity would be started in the regions. He called the heads of the Federation subjects actively to join this work, to provide the whole necessary assistance both to employers and employees.
As the President of Russia says, business will continue developing and investing in modernization and opening of new productions only there, where it receives support, does not meet obstacles and barriers but receives comfortable conditions for work, including, it concerns modern social sphere, important for employees and their families.
He drew attention of the heads on the regional and local levels that “it is necessary timely and efficiently to solve key issues of industrialists, such as allocation of land plots and their provision with engineering infrastructure, development of road networks, commissioning of new energy capacities.
Yamal pays priority attention to issues of development of industrial potential, which became main ones within the sitting of the Presidium of the State Council.
The Arctic is a territory of colossal economic opportunities with huge investment potential, as Dmitry Kobylkin underlines in his comments. Programs that are being fulfilled in the region only strengthen this confidence. “From transformation of the region we came to forming of a new image of the future”, as he notes. The high-technological era came to replace the extractive one. Qualitatively new processes are started in all spheres.
