In Yamal specialists will be educated to TOP-30 in-demand professions

The list of TOP-30 working professions for the Arctic was elaborated in Yamal.
It includes 20 professions from the federal list TOP-50 approved by the Ministry for labor. Other 10 specializations were formed in the region. Basically, these are ones, which are necessary for education of personnel for fuel and energy enterprises. Now the list is being coordinated additionally by regional departments. This information was given on the 6th of February by the deputy chief of the office of regional development under the department of education of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Andrey Baibarodskikh within the briefing.
According to the deputy director of the regional department of education Yana Vesova, for effective work in this direction it needs to unite efforts of business, executive bodies of the power and vocational educational organizations. It will help not only to solve organizational, legal and financial issues but also to define those key activities, which will help to fulfill the project.
The summary plan on fulfillment of the project “Working personnel for the Arctic” is ready in colleges of Yamal. The conference with heads of more than 10 enterprises of oil and gas complex will take place in March in the town Muravlenko. Development of corporate resource educational centers on platforms of colleges will become one of the basic topics of the conference. The educational center in the multidiscipline college of the town Muravlenko created by the company “Gazpromneft-Muravlenko” is an example for this work.
Thus, the regional department of education has already considered approaches to creation of such centers in the college of professional and information technologies in the town Noyabrsk, professional colleges in the towns Nadym and Tarko-Salye, Yamal multidiscipline college and the multidiscipline college of Noviy Urengoy.
In addition, the region accumulated the enough amount of practical experience of mentorship, which is laid in the basis of corporate education and assists to successful fulfillment of the project “Working personnel for the Arctic”.
As we should note, the project “Working personnel for the Arctic” will allow creating conditions for personnel provision of industrial growth both in the region and in Russia. Thus, youth of Yamal will be able to study in conditions close to production and later to pass practice and to work on oil and gas enterprises of the region.
