The media rating of the governor grew. The Northern Latitudinal Railway, “Leaders of Russia” and ekranoplanes helped

In the media rating of heads of Russian regions for February the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Kobylkin takes the 20th place, having risen from the 24th line. 

Among heads of regions of Ural Federal Okrug Dmitry Kobylkin takes the fifth line. The rating for February was prepared by “Medialogia”.
The big number of positive messages, where Dmitry Kobylkin had played the main role, influenced on growth of the media index of the governor of Yamal. They include: participation of the governor in the contest “Leaders of Russia” as a tutor, the series of working visits around Yamal, within which it was announced about signing of the document on the beginning of concession for building of the Northern Latitudinal Railway, the negotiations on the forum in Sochi on building of ships and ekranoplanes (ground-effect vehicles) for the region, the first place in “The People’s Rating of governors of the Russian Federation”.
