The current President of Russia Vladimir Putin is the leader of the presidential election gaining 76.65% of the votes after processing of 99% of the final protocols of the precinct election commissions.
The candidate from the CPRF Pavel Grudinin is on the second place with 11.82% of the votes. The candidate from the party LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky is on third place — 5.68%. This information is given by the Central Election Commission.
More than 55 million and 403 thousand people voted for Vladimir Putin in absolute figures, according to the latest data. More than 8 million and 540 thousand people voted for Pavel Grudinin, and about 4 million and 104 thousand — for Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
The fourth place is taken by Ksenia Sobchak put forward by “Civil Initiative” with 1.66% of the votes. Over 1 million and 197 thousand people voted for her. She is followed by Grigory Yavlinsky (“Yabloko”) with 1.04% of the votes. The remaining candidates received less than 1% of the votes. Boris Titov (“Party of Growth”) received 0.75% of the votes, Maxim Suraykin (“Communists of Russia”) — 0.68% and Sergey Baburin (“Russian National Union”) — 0.65% of the votes.
TASS warns that in the prospect these figures may change only on a share of a percent, what will not change the final result seriously. Thus, according to the available data, Putin received almost 3.5 times more than all his opponents together (22.28%) and almost 6.5 times more than the nearest opponent.
At the moment, the attendance on 95% voting stations is known — it makes 67%.
