The first deputy governor of Yamal Aleksey Sitnikov conducted the working meeting with representatives of subsidiaries of “Gazprom Neft”. Vladimir Krupenikov, the executive director for implementation of projects of Nadym-Pur-Taz region at the company “Gazprom Neft — Razvitie”, Viktor Sorokin, the director general of “Messoyakhaneftegaz” and managers of projects being fulfilled in extractive fields of Yamal.
“Of course, attention of the whole world community is focused on Yamal today. We are the outpost for development of the Arctic, its large-scale infrastructural projects, fulfillment of which is expected by many, first of all, by inhabitants of the region. And success of development of the North and the country’s economy largely depends on effectiveness of our joint work, without exaggeration. I thank the team of “Gazprom Neft” for policy of socially responsible business, for social programs of oil workers, because it all works for people of Yamal. I have no doubt that you will honorably cope with the most difficult tasks”, the first deputy head of the region said.
The participants of the meeting discussed the plans of subsidiaries operating on the territory of the Nadym-Pur-Taz region and the West Messoyakha area, as the press service of the governor of Yamal informs. Thus, development of Tazovskoye oil, gas, condensate field, which is referred to the class of the largest, is continued in 40 kilometers away from the settlement Gaz-Salye. The initial geological reserves of oil make 438 million tonnes, gas — 186 milliard cubic meters. The field was discovered on the 27th of September, 1962, the company “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg” was the license holder and operator till April, 2017. Gas production was fulfilled to provide the settlements Tazovskiy and Gaz-Salye, but it was not developed on the industrial scale.
It is planned to start full-scale construction in Tazovskoye field by 2020. Before this work all necessary researches on the site will be conducted. Input to operation and industrial development will be started in 2021. Peak production is forecasted in 2021 and will make about 2 million 100 thousand tonnes of oil. In total, the project foresees construction of 132 oil and 10 gas wells. The extracted oil will be delivered to the oil pipeline “Zapolyarye — Purpe” through the built above-ground pipeline with the length 40 kilometers. 50 kilometers of the gas pipeline will be built towards Zapolyarnoye field for gas transportation; further raw materials will go to the main pipeline system.
“In the first quarter of 2018 “Gazprom Neft – Razvitie” completed construction of four exploitation wells in Tazovskoye field. They are unique and equal in complexity to offshore wells. For example, the total length of the first high-tech well is 3.9 kilometers, the length of the horizontal section of which is 1.9 kilometers. For “Gazprom Neft” this is the first such experience in drilling, and world analogues were implemented only in Canada and Australia”, the project manager Aleksey Artamonov said.
In addition, the participants of the meeting reviewed stages of implementation of several other projects and outlined tasks, which should be solved in joint efforts with the government of the region, federal structures and municipalities for achievement of the soonest results.
