Pastirma, carpaccio, chips. The industrial park “Bogandinsky” will process venison from Yamal

Building of the interregional agro-industrial complex on accepting and high-tech processing of meat products will be started on the platform of the industrial park “Bogandinsky” in 2019. According to the director general of the Agency for infrastructural development of Tyumen Oblast Olga Romanets, the agro-industrial complex can become one of the first productions launched on the platform of the park «Bogandinsky”.
“The manufacturing firm “NiTa” will fulfill the project. The enterprise received the status of a resident in December of 2018. It is planned to invest more than 37 million rubles in creation of the complex. 36 new working places should be made to provide its work. Already now the team of the project started preparing the project documentation”, as she explained.
The startup of the production is planned for 2020. According to the information given in the Agency for infrastructural development of Tyumen Oblast, after achievement of the project capacity the enterprise will manufacture more than 500 tonnes of products per year and will deliver frozen venison, meat semi-products, sub-products, stewed reindeer meat, sausages and delicacies, including chips, pastirma and carpaccio to shops.
Enterprises of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug will deliver raw materials to the complex. The negotiations on deliveries are being conducted with the meat-processing complex “Payuta” (Priuralskiy district, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) and “Nyda-Resource” (Nadymskiy district, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug).
“Today industrial parks of the region became not only an important element of infrastructure of business support but also an effective instrument of economic cooperation with Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. This cooperation is not limited with the sphere of oil and gas machine-building and oil service. Appearing of large joint projects in food and processing industries allow fulfilling economic potential of all the sides and will bring benefit to inhabitants of the big Tyumen Oblast”, as the governor of Tyumen Oblast Alexander Moor noted.
Construction of production buildings, an administrative and household building, storehouses and garages with the total area more than 3 thousand square meters will be started soon. Refrigerating units and equipment for high-tech deep processing of venison will be purchased.
It is supposed that products will be sold under the own trade mark.
“We plan to sell products not only in Tyumen Oblast and regions of the Russian Federation but also to export to China, the European Union and Islamic countries. The investment project foresees certification of production in conformity with requirements of countries-importers. Thus, standards ISO, HAASP will be taken to consideration at construction of production areas, purchase of equipment and also in work with deliverers of raw materials and employment of personnel”, as the director general of the manufacturing firm “NiTa” Olga Karpenko said.
Three parks operate under the control of the Agency for infrastructural development of Tyumen Oblast now: “Borovskiy”, “Bogandinsky” and “DSK-500”. In total 18 enterprises are residents of the industrial parks of the region, the first of which started accepting them in summer of 2016. Two enterprises already operate. It is planned to launch production on three of them in the first-second quarters of 2019.
