A virtual concert hall was opened in the children’s school of arts No.1 in Nadym. Now residents and guests of Nadym and Nadymskiy district will be able to hear and to see the best concerts with participation of Russian and foreign virtuoso performers, as well as special programs designed for children’s audience.
All the guests were welcomed by the exemplary collective of additional art education, the children’s choir “Vdokhnoveniye” (Inspiration) under the leadership of Larisa Solovyova and the instrumental trio of teachers under the leadership of Ilyas Galimzyanov. They performed a cycle of Nenets songs and Adagio from the ballet “The Nutcracker” by Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
Musical fragments of different genres and styles were chosen for the premiere show in the virtual hall. Part 1 of Sergei Rachmaninov’s piano concerto No. 2 was performed by Denis Matsuev and the Svetlanov State Symphony Orchestra of Russia. Amateurs of organ music heard Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D-minor being performed by the Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Fiseysky. The program included musical compositions being performed by National academic orchestra of folk instruments of Russia named after N. P. Osipov, the European guitar quartet and Igor Butman Quintet. Ekaterina Guseva introduced the project “Fairy tales with the orchestra” to the audience. She performed a fragment of S. Aksakov’s fairy tale “The Scarlet Flower” accompanied by Radio Orpheus Symphony Orchestra of the Russian state musical television and radio center.
Appearing of the virtual concert hall became possible owing to implementation of the regional component of the federal project “Digital culture” within the national project “Culture”.
Creation of the virtual concert hall in Nadym became possible owing to participation in the competitive selection of the Ministry of culture of Russia, which was attended by 164 institutions from 52 regions of the country. The children’s school of arts of the town Nadym received 5 million 600 thousand rubles from the federal budget. The high-tech complex of equipment was purchased and installed for these funds: a motorized screen, a projector, robotic cameras, a complete set of a speaker system and other equipment. The capacity of the hall is 253 seats.
It should be noted that this is the third virtual concert hall, which was opened in Yamal this year within the national project “Culture”. It is planned to open 7 halls on the basis of children’s schools of arts in the region till 2021.
