The educational seminar for everyone, who already works with tourists or just is going to become part of the tourist branch of the region, as well as interested in development of tourism, will take place in Yamal from the 2nd to the 6th of December. The event was organized by the regional department of youth policy and tourism with support of the Guarantee Fund for small business support in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Training is planned in a one-day format: on the 2nd of December – in Salekhard, on the 4th of December – in Noviy Urengoy, on the 5th of December – in Noyabrsk. More than 80 people applied for participation in the seminar.
The seminar will train professional and personal competences of the participants, will help to form the set of skills on creation and promotion of tourist projects, which are necessary for residents of Yamal for effective participation in the regional contest of projects in the sphere of domestic and inbound tourism, development of tourist industry of the Autonomous Okrug.
Coaches with practical experience in business design in the sphere of tourism will speak on reports: the author and the co-author of trainings on communications, negotiations Nikolay Bashlykov from Nizhny Novgorod, the director and the founder of the travel company “Murmania” Vladimir Onatsky from Murmansk.
The presentation of potential of the regional public organization, the Federation of light and ultra-light aircrafts “Wings of the Arctic” will be held in Salekhard within the seminar.
Every year the regional department of youth policy and tourism conducts the competitive selection of projects in the sphere of domestic and inbound tourism, development of tourist industry of the Autonomous Okrug. The contest has been held since 2012. During 8 years more than 200 projects were submitted, 36 projects received financial support.
Nayil Khairullin, the director of the department of youth policy and tourism of Yamal notes that quality of projects is growing from year to year, but a training module is required absolutely for all applicants.
