In the settlement Yar-Salye of Yamalskiy district the municipal enterprise “Yamalskiye Oleni” (“Yamal reindeer”) released several new canned products of venison. They have already appeared on the shelves of local stores. Tatyana Plyukhina, the shop manager of the enterprise told a correspondent of the news agency “Sever-Press” about her signature recipe. The French dish fricassee, in this case made of venison with mushrooms, is cooked on the basis of cream sauce. At that, the cream is also local. This novelty has delicate soft taste, Tatiana Plyukhina recommends eating it with spaghetti.
Chilindron is another type of the new products. This is a Spanish sauce; its advantage is that the enterprise uses fresh tomatoes instead of tomato paste. The dish is also not spiced, it includes only bell pepper. Chilindron is best served with rice.
And also the products include usual Russian roast. It needs just to boil potatoes and add the meat.
All the new canned products cost 150 rubles per can. Water is not added to them, they are cooked only with meat sauce. About 4000 cans of the new products were released.
“Let’s see how it goes on sales”, Tatiana Plyukhina shared the plans. – “Maybe we shall conduct tasting”. People are afraid that the products are too spiced, but they are not. In my opinion, they are delicious. I hope that purchasers will like them too”.
Now in the range of “Yamalskiy Oleni” there are 30 titles of products, this is a lot for a small company. Everything is sold out, although stewed venison is the favorite of sales for today.
