“Green Week”: Yamal begins presentations

On the 17^th of January at 16:00 Yamal time and at 12:00 European time the 85^th international exhibition-fair “Green Week 2020” was opened in Berlin. Traditionally it demonstrates the world achievements in the sphere of food industry, agriculture and horticulture. Yamal is also represented among 18 regions of the Russian Federation and about 250 domestic companies. The fish-processing plant of Salekhard, the enterprises “Orion”, “Payuta” and “Nyda-Resource” brought their ecologically clean meat and fish products to Germany.

The fish-processing plant of Salekhard, according to its press service, was the first Russian company to prepare its stand. The schedule of meetings of the plant is rich, only today 15 are being held. The first of them has already passed – Andreas Uhrich, a representative of the largest retail chain in Germany “Monolith” is extremely interested in cooperation with the enterprise of Yamal, as European purchasers are interested in environmentally clean fish.  

As it should be reminded, the Russian Federation is presenting the unified large-scale exposition with the area more than 5 thousand square meters organized by the Ministry of agriculture of Russia together with the Russian export center. Bakery and confectionery products, fish and seafood, vegetables and fruits, vegetable oil, honey, wine and other products are being presented.
