24 years have passed since the Zapadno-Tarkosalinskoye gas field was commissioned

The northernmost field of “Gazprom dobycha Noyabrsk” – the Zapadno-Tarkosalinskoye celebrated its 24^th anniversary. The field was input to operation on the night of the 25^th-26^th of January, 1996. Industrial gas was delivered to the main line from four production wells in cluster No. 18.

During almost two and a half decades more than 265 milliard cubic meters of gas and more than 893 thousand tonnes of condensate were extracted from the subsoil of the Zapadno-Tarkosalinskoye oil, gas, condensate field. In addition, oil deposits are being developed in the field, and this is undoubtedly the most important of the latest achievements of the field, as the service on public relations and communication with mass media of “Gazprom dobycha Noyabrsk” reports. In Yamal it is the company’s first field, where oil is extracted.

Now more than 340 employees work in the field. Its collective is distinguished with active participation in corporate life of the company. In 2019 Rustam Nutfullin became “Best machinist of technological compressors”, and Vladimir Cherepov was recognized as “Best turner”. Valery Isak, a machinist of technological compressors, won the contest “Best young specialist”.
