The firm “Nyda-Resource” received equipment as a present for the housewarming

The production firm of Nadym “Nyda-Resource”, which specializes in processing of local products and manufacturing of semi-finished products of organic raw material, will launch a new processing shop at the end of February. Now the building process has been completed, communications have been laid, and some of the equipment has been placed.
For the housewarming the production firm received a gift from the regional budget – equipment for processing of venison, fish and wild-growing plants: a meat cutting machine, a system of hygienic tolerance, a device for vacuum packaging of products, a pelmeni machine (the note: pelmeni are similar to ravioli), a chamber for food drying and etc. The information was given to the news agency “Sever-Press” in the department of agro-industrial complex of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
“Nyda-Resource” has been known in the region since 2011. Its assortment includes dozens of items of various semi-finished products of raw material from Yamal: pelmeni of reindeer meat and fish, cutlets, dumplings, sausages, meatballs, stuffed cabbage, as well as dessert products of berries.
“With the new equipment our assortment will expand, there will be a lot of smoked products, both of fish and meat. We will add a pâté line, canned goods, and the number of confectionery items — jams, sweet sauces and syrups will grow. Retail chains of Nadym and Nadymskiy district are the main consumers of our products. After the launch of the new shop we plan to enter wholesale deliveries. In addition, we provide schools in Nadym and the district with semi-finished products of organic raw material, including our local venison”, said Victoria Matusevich, the deputy director general of “Nyda-Resource”.
“Development of processing base is one of the priority areas for development of agro-industrial complex, therefore, it was decided to provide support for the enterprise and grant a subsidy to purchase of equipment for processing fish, meat and wild-growing plants”, said Andrey Revnivykh, the head of the office for agricultural development under the department of agro-industrial complex of Yamal.
