Music without borders. A virtual concert hall was opened in Muravlenko

The first virtual concert hall was opened on the 1st of September in the children’s school of arts in the town Muravlenko. It became possible owing to participation of the institution in the project of the Ministry of culture of Russia “All-Russian virtual concert hall”, which is implemented within the national project “Culture”. Its goal is to unite cities into the single concert space.
The regional budget allocated more than 2 million rubles to the school of arts. These funds were used for purchase of special equipment for broadcasting, new chairs, setup of powerful sound portals, installation of a modern led projector and providing of a high-quality Internet transmission line. A beautiful picture, great sound, a sense of belonging to what is happening on the big screen, a vivid sense of live presence at performance of live music became the result, as it is informed in the regional department of culture.
According to Yelena Moldovan, the deputy head of the town administration of Muravlenko for social policy, the opening of the virtual concert hall is a significant event not only for teachers and students of the school, but also for all residents of the town, who love classical music.
“It is now possible to listen to musical masterpieces being performed by Russian and foreign musicians, attending concerts of the largest philharmonic and theater halls in our country. We hope that for many residents of Muravlenko, who want to fill their lives with bright events and impressions, that opening will be an impulse for more often communication with the beautiful”, she said.
In the future online and offline concerts in the hall of the children’s school of arts will be held regularly. All people, who love music, can attend them.
As it should be noted, virtual concert halls in Yamal already operate in Nadym, Noviy Urengoy, Salekhard, Noyabrsk and Tarko-Salye.
