A sportsman from Yamal won the victory in the competitions of Europe on kettlebell lifting

The kettlebell-lifter from Purovskiy district Ilyas Sarsembayev won the golden medal of the junior competitions of Europe on kettlebell lifting. The competitions took place in Lithuania, Kaunas.

According to the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" by the deputy director on sports and mass activities of the sports complex "Zenit" in the settlement Purpe Yevgeniy Latypov, Ilyas participated in the competition within the national team of Russia and won the victory. In the weight category 58 kilogram he showed the excellent result – 226 lifts of a 16-kilogram kettlebell in the snatch. It was enough to take the highest place. Ilyas Sarsembayev is a pupil of the coach Yevgeniy Latypov from the sports and health-improving complex "Zenit" in the settlement Purpe, Purovskiy district.
