Dmitriy Kobylkin gave awards to Yamal veterans of geology

In Tyumen the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin gave awards to Yamal veterans of geology. He congratulated the director of the scientific and educational center "Geology of oil and gas" of Tyumen Oil and Gas University Ivan Nesterov with receiving of the highest award of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug – the Order of the Ruby Star.

The Order is given for outstanding innovative activity, which assists to prosperity of the arctic region, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs. Dmitriy Kobylkin expressed gratitude to Ivan Nesterov, having noted that his experience and human qualities became the precious heritage for future generations. The head of the region wished him for new creative ideas and strong Siberian health. The Order of the Ruby Star is given for a heroic deed, which is an example of bravery and courage, for outstanding innovative and socially significant activity, which becomes widely known in the region and beyond its limits. This award can be given to prominent state and public figures for exclusive merits, which assist to prosperity of the region. Citizens, who are awarded with this Order, receive monthly life endowment in the size 50 thousand rubles. Ivan Nesterov is one of discoverers of hydrocarbon fields, in particular, Urengoy gas field, the largest one in the world. He was awarded with many governmental awards: the laureate of the Lenin Prize (1970), the laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize (1996), the laureate of the prize of the academician I.M. Gubkin (1978) and others. Dmitriy Kobylkin also gave honorary diplomas of the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug to veterans of labor Viktor Akulyashin, Nikolay Ananyev and Alexander Zherzh. All of them made considerable contribution to development of geological branch in Yamal. Thus, Nikolay Ananyev was one of the leading specialists of "GlavTyumenGeologia" in the sphere of technique and technology of deep drilling. He took active part in discovery and exploration of Urengoy, Yuzhno-Russkoye fields and others and also in additional exploration and discovery of deeply lying deposits of Bovanenkovo, Zapolyarnoye, Kruzenshternskiy and Kharasavey fields. Victor Akulyashin is an economist-professional with big practical experience. He worked in Urengoy oil-prospecting expedition in the association "UrengoyNeftegazGeologia". The whole labor activity of Alexander Zherzh is connected with building of derricks in the Far North. He paid big attention to increase in assemblage potential of drilling rigs, inculcation of new technologies at building of drilling wells. He participated in discovery and exploration of Zapolyarnoye, Yuzhno-Russkoye, Vostochno-Urengoyskoye, Yurkharovskoye and other fields. Gratitude of the governor of Yamal was also announced to the veterans of labor Stanislav Goncharov and Raisa Bezuglaya. Stanislav Goncharov is the author of 4 patented inventions, more than 100 rationalization proposals. 70 oil and gas fields were discovered at his personal participation. Raisa Bezuglaya showed herself as an irreplaceable specialist in the sphere of mechanics of drilling equipment. New methods of drilling were introduced, and many rationalization proposals were used in practice at her participation. Dmitriy Kobylkin wished all the veterans for strong health. He notes that their experience is precious for younger generation.
