Dmitriy Kobylkin: “It is big honor for me to be with you today”

On the 3rd of September the agenda of the working day of the governor Dmitriy Kobylkin was again rich – he worked in the towns Tarko-Salye and Noyabrsk.

In Tarko-Salye Dmitriy Kobylkin inspected building of a new kindergarten and a swimming-pool. The three-storied building of the children’s preschool establishment takes about 9000 square meters and counted for 3000 children. In addition to rooms for children’s stay there is a swimming-pool, a planetarium, theatrical and fine arts studios, musical and sports rooms. The object is on the highest level of readiness. The swimming-pool “Purovskiy” for 6 lanes was constructed within the social program of “Gazprom Neft”. It will be input to operation this autumn. The sports construction is situated on the embankment of the Pyaku-Pur River. The embankment was named after Mikhail Sargin, one of the founders of Tarko-Salye. The governor of Yamal Dmitriy Kobylkin and the head of the district Andrey Nesteruk spoke about the results of the work on improvement and further development of Purovskiy district. They discussed issues of the heating season and promising projects. The head of the region gave the positive assessment to work on improvement of populated areas being conducted in the district. Then glorification of the honored residents of Yamal dedicated to the traditional foundation of majority of Yamal cities and the professional holiday of pioneers of oil and gas subsoil of Russia took place in the administration of Purovsky district. Among the honored residents there are teachers, lawyers, rescuers, who this summer defended settlements and objects of economy from natural fires. In particular, the jubilee medals “To geological prospectors - pioneers of Tyumen Oblast, Yugra and Yamal” were given for active participation in geological exploration of Yamal and merits in development of oil and gas branch of the region to: Khusain Bakashev, Ivan Glushchenko, Valery Grigoryan, Alexander Gromov, Alexander Dorofeyev, Galina Lemeshko, Iskander Usmanov, whose professional achievements made a significant contribution to industrial development of the arctic region. Dmitriy Kobylkin congratulated Sergey Petkevich with the awarding with the title “The Honorary citizen of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug”. Since 1977 he had passed all professional stages in Yamal – from a drilling worker to the head of the company “Tarko-Salye oil-gas prospecting expedition on testing of wells”. 12 fields and 80 oil and gas reservoirs were discovered at his direct participation. The governor expressed gratitude to his compatriots for their work and the ability to be first and best in the world. “For me it is big honor to be with you today, to shake your hands and to give you the deserved awards”, as Dmitriy Kobylkin said. After communication with the veterans of the branch of fuel and energy complex the head of the region Dmitriy Kobylkin and the chairman of the board of “NOVATEK” Leonid Mikhelson conducted the working conference. The talk, in particular, was about promising projects of the company, about participation of the enterprise in socioeconomic development of the region. Dmitriy Kobylkin thanked Leonid Mikhelson and all employees of the company for considerable help to tundra-dwellers of Yamalskiy district, who had suffered from the outbreak of anthrax. The opening ceremony of celebrations dedicated to the Day of the town and the Day of Oil and Gas Industry workers took place on the central square of Tarko-Salye. The governor of Yamal congratulated people with the holidays. As he says, the President of the Russian Federation counts on arctic projects of Yamal, marks contribution of the company and all the people, who strengthen stability of the country. Leonid Mikhelson appealed to inhabitants of Purovskiy district. According to his words, the Russian-Japanese session took place on the Eastern economic forum. A considerable part of time in communication was dedicated to projects of Yamal, which can be fulfilled together. “We are necessary, we feel support of the government of the Russian Federation. Tarko-Salye, Yamal is our home, the company “NOVATEK” is registered here. I am glad personally to congratulate you with the holidays and to wish everything good”, as the chairman of the board of NOVATEK said. As we should note, the program of the governor’s visit included participation in the opening of the sports complex in Noyabrsk, the working meeting with the chairman of the board, the director general of “Gazprom Neft” Alexander Dyukov, the working conference with the head of the town Aleksey Romanov and participation of the governor in the ceremony dedicated to the 41st anniversary since the moment of foundation of the southernmost town of Yamal – Noyabrsk.
