Dmitriy Kobylkin supported the all-Russian action "To remember in order to live"

The acting governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the chairperson of the Youth government Dmitriy Kobylkin participated in the all-Russian action "To remember in order to live". He recited the first line of the 10th chapter from the novel by Robert Rozhdestvensky "Requiem" ("Eternal glory to the heroes...").
