The head of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin was included to 5 leaders of the National rating of governors. The center for information communications “Rating” published the final research on assessment of activity of heads of Russian regions for 2016 within the project “National Rating”.

The results of the research were received on the basis of extramural survey, correspondence and face-to-face interviews of representatives of the expert community. The following heads topped the rating - the head of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the head of Tyumen Oblast Vladimir Yakushev and the head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The leader of one of the key energy regions of Russia Dmitry Kobylkin is always in the lead of practically all researches of regional heads. The national rating was not an exception. Commissioning of the terminal “Vorota Arktiki” for year-round oil deliveries on the Northern Sea Route became a strategically important event for the region. The experts marked the agreement for design and construction of the railroad line Bovanenkovo – Sabetta concluded by the regional government.
