Dmitry Artyukhov entered the first group in the rating of heads of Russian regions

The center for information communications “Rating” within the project “National rating” published the next research devoted to assessment of activity of heads of Russian regions for May-June of 2018.

The acting governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov entered the first group in the rating of heads and took the ninth place. The personality of the new governor came as a surprise to experts. At the same time, his qualification was not set under the doubt, and local origin of the new leader was regarded positively. Successful work on attracting of investments to Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, young age, local origin and energy are put to his credits. At the same time, the appointment of 30-year-old Dmitry Artyukhov became one of the most visible symbols of the social elevator, which has been actively functioning among the Russian regional elites since recent time. One way or another, but his career in recent years can be called breathtaking without any exaggeration. The beginning of activity of Dmitry Artyukhov on his new post (in the status of the acting governor) marked an extremely important event: prolongation by Yamal, Yugra and Tyumen Oblast of the trilateral agreement, which establishes the status of the three subjects of the Federation for next seven years and interaction between them. The results of “National Rating” were received on the basis of correspondence questionnaires, correspondence and face-to-face interviews with representatives of the expert community.
