Education of Yamal will receive about twenty milliard rubles next year

The budget for the next year was elaborated and coordinated in Yamal. It is presented to the Legislative Assembly of Yamal for approving. The budget was increased on some directions. Financing of education of Yamal from funds of the regional budget will make about 20 milliard rubles. This information was given by the director of the department of education in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Irina Sidorova on the meeting with journalists.

Financing of the system of education for the next year was increased on 4 milliard rubles. As Irina Sidorova explains, it is connected with transfer of authorities of preschool education from the municipal level to the regional one. Therefore, the subvention of more than 3 milliard rubles will be reflected on growth of wages and financing of educational expenditures. Earlier expenditures for educational process were calculated only for schools. Now more than 280 million rubles are allocated for kindergartens for purchase of special equipment for playing and studying. As Irina Sidorova underlines, it needs to provide children with everything necessary for lessons.

Increase in the budget of education of Yamal is connected with growth of wages to pedagogues in conformity with fulfillment of presidential decrees. Necessary funds were brought into the regional budget. Besides, growth of wages for other pedagogical employees, in particular, in the system of additional and vocational education, was provided.
