Equipment for one of the largest oil and gas fields of Yamal will be manufactured in Ural region

Ural industrialists will manufacture equipment for the East-Urengoyskoye field in Yamal. The plant "Uralhimmash" (Ural plant of chemical machine-building) concluded the agreement with the company "Rospan International" for manufacturing and delivering of a large consignment of spherical storage tanks for the East-Urengoyskoye licensed area.

According to the terms of the contract, till the end of the first quarter of next year the plant will manufacture and deliver 9 spherical storage tanks with the amount 600 cubic meters to the field. The tanks will be made of special carbon steel. They are necessary for storing of technical propane and butane on a unit of stabilization of condensate. This is the second consignment of such equipment for the East-Urengoyskoye oil and gas field. The first consignment of 5 tanks was sent to the object last year. This information is given on the website of the government of Sverdlovsk Oblast. In the opinion of the minister for industry and science of Sverdlovsk Oblast Andrey Misyura, such contracts are evidence of big work on development and strengthening of interregional relations and import substitution in the region. The plant manufactures spherical storage tanks of big capacity, analogues are made only on foreign enterprises.
