Everything is according to the schedule. Bovanenkovo field is being taken to the project capacity

The whole complex of activities on taking of Bovanenkovo oil, gas, condensate field to the project capacity is being conducted in the usual mode in full conformity with the production schedule.

This information was given by the director general of the company “Gazprom dobycha Nadym” Sergey Menshikov to the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Kobylkin within the working meeting. The head of the gas-extracting enterprise also told the governor about production plans. Bovanenkovo field is the largest on the Yamal peninsula. On the moment of the beginning of its development its gas reserves were evaluated in 4 trillion and 900 milliard cubic meters. Today 2 deposits work: their total project production rate is 90 milliard cubic meters of gas per year. Actual gas extraction in the field is increased gradually with consideration of the market demand. As we should remind, new extraction capacities of the field and the trunk gas pipeline “Bovanenkovo – Ukhta” were input to operation in January of 2017. The command to start up the objects was given by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. In construction the company used innovative technologies, modern equipment of increased reliability, basically of domestic production, completely responding to the strictest ecological standards. “Gazprom dobycha Nadym” develops Bovanenkovo field. Dmitry Kobylkin marked the considerable contribution of the company to increase in economic potential of the region and effective interaction with bodies of the power. As the press-service of the governor of Yamal reports, he informed the head of the gas-extracting enterprise about basic directions of socioeconomic development of the Autonomous Okrug.
