Five sportspeople of Yamal were awarded with titles of masters of sport of Russia. They are: a wrestler from Purovskiy district Vlas Dubrovin, athletes from Noyabrsk Yevgeniy Brynza and Alesya Sarancha, chess players from Salekhard Bogdan Belyakov and Alexandra Goryachkina.
