“Gas Vector” unites youth of Russia and Germany

By the invitation of the company “Wintershall Holding GmbH”, the team of young specialists of “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy” is participating in the popular intellectual game “Gas Vector”. This year the event is taking place in Heidelberg, Germany.

Within the tournament the teams presented “The Best Smart-Up” and demonstrated knowledge of the most interesting facts from the sphere of oil and gas extraction in the quest “History of science”. Quests are the new direction in the intellectual game, as the service on public relations and communication with mass media of “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy” informs. The participants of the event should pass “Medieval tests”, “Philosophy trials” on the Alley of philosophers and also quests “Chemistry and life”, “Equipment around us” and others. Besides, tasks on the following topics are waiting for the young specialists from Russia and Germany: “Oil and Gas”, “The best business project” and the home task “HSE Expert”. The participants of “Gas Vector” will visit workshops of the concern BASF, the technical museum Speyer and the amphitheater. These excursions will help them to find answers to questions of the project. As we should note, this is the second trip of the delegation of Noviy Urengoy to the German partners. The first one took place in 2014, when the game took place in the town Barnstorf. The Russian gas extractive workers invited the German colleagues in 2013 to Noviy Urengoy and in 2015 to objects of the company situated in Anapa. The jury of the intellectual game includes representatives of the companies “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy” and “Wintershall Holding GmbH”.
