“Gazprom dobycha Yamburg” elaborates technologies on reclamation of soil in tundra

The director general of “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg” Oleg Arno spoke on the report within the conference on issues of technological development of “Gazprom” on the sixth St. Petersburg international gas forum. According to his words, development and inculcation of innovative solutions, social responsibility and environmental safety are the basis of technological development of the gas-extracting enterprise.

With consideration of uniqueness of each extractive field, its input to operation and transfer to the next stage of the life cycle require for regular specification and adjustment of parameters of almost all technological processes on gas production objects, as Oleg Arno says. He notes that sometimes necessity in radical reconstruction and modernization of machines and other technological equipment of gas production objects appear after conducted work. At that, it needs to perform them with minimum costs and losses in the process of next following extraction of gas and gas condensate. Speaking about environmental safety, the head of the company notes that “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg” develops a block of innovative technologies for reclamation of disturbed and polluted tundra landscapes. The basic technology has been already protected with the invention patent of the Russian Federation. Oleg Arno focused attention on three innovative technical solutions successfully inculcated on the enterprise, as the service on public relations and communication with mass-media of “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg” informs. Thus, the telemetry system was inculcated to improve accuracy of control over development of an extractive field. It allows conducting group researches of cluster gas wells, excluding emissions of greenhouse gas into the atmosphere. This work was awarded with the prize of the government of Russia in the sphere of science and technology and the award of the Ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation in the nomination “Environmental protection technologies” for the best environmental project. Gravimetric control of development of gas and gas condensate fields is another innovation. Its essence is: gravitation field is changed at gas extraction, and it can be measured and registered. The method complements and clarifies the results of standard researches. The company “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg” is practically the only one in the country that uses this technology. The prize of Gazprom in the sphere of science and technology was given for one more technical solution of the company “The system of operative geological-technological control and advanced planning in development of extractive fields of the gas-extracting enterprise”. The innovation allows fulfilling detailed calculations with use of integrated geological-technological models, with consideration of specifics of exploitation of deposits in the region. The system is unique, the entire production functionality and interface were developed by the specialists of “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg”. As a result, they solved the issue of import substitution, developed and inculcated their own software that has block structure and allows substituting imported software modules with new domestic elaborations. The economic effect of inculcation of the system has exceeded 12 milliard rubles.
