In Yamal disabled people of the first and second groups can receive educational subsidies

In Yamal disabled children, disabled people of the first and second groups, who study on intramural, extramural and intra-extramural form of education, can receive educational subsidies. The legislative novelty allows receiving vocational education in the case of restriction of locomotor activity.

The parliamentarians of Yamal brought changes in the regional law about education in two readings. Further work on a profession is one of conditions for receiving of the educational subsidy. If a disabled person of the first and second groups is not provided with job, he or she can be set free from obligatory return of subsidies. During the latest time the targeted educational subsidy is not much required, because successful passing of the Unified State Examination allows entering institutions to budgetary places. By the words of the director of the regional department of education Irina Sidorova, one, who cannot take a budgetary place on this or that reason, uses the educational subsidy. The deputies voted for the precise formulation of conditions, at which one-time allowances and monthly payments are paid to young specialists. As Irina Sidorova underlines, now job placement in conformity with a received profession is an obligatory condition of their receiving. She considers it a correct approach to effective spending of budgetary funds.
