In Yamal the amount of state support of trading stations will be two times increased

This year the government of Yamal decided almost two times to increase state support of trading stations. It will make 380 million rubles.

About 200 million rubles are allocated every year to provide tundra population with food products, basic consumer goods and firewood. This information was given by the director of the department of agro-industrial complex, trade and foodstuff of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Vyacheslav Kucherenko on the working conference at the head of the region in Salekhard. Besides, trading stations are improved and equipped within the state program of agro-industrial complex. 19 trading stations were improved during 4 years on the sum more than 500 million rubles: portable electric power units, storehouses, bakeries and mobile complexes were purchased. The department elaborated system of state support of trading stations. The project of the decree "About changes to the order of giving of subventions for support of trading stations" was prepared in order to perfect rendering of state support of nomads. It foresees increase of a norm of number of servicing personnel on a trading station, a yearly norm of spending of firewood and also delivery of firewood to places of their storage and distribution. As Vyacheslav Kucherenko says, together with the department on affairs of indigenous peoples of the North and municipalities it needs to conduct substantive analysis of functionality of trading stations in terms of seasonality and, if it is necessary, to optimize their activity. Dmitriy Kobylkin underlines that norms should correspond to reality of life in severe climate conditions. When a trading station is built, it needs to make everything to provide its life, as he notes.
