New elaborations for oil and gas branch were demonstrated in Noviy Urengoy

The two-day forum “Gas. Oil. New technologies – to the Far North” completed its work in Noviy Urengoy. It gathered more than 500 participants.

Representatives of fuel and energy complex of Western Siberia, science and business demonstrated new scientific and technical elaborations for solving problems in oil and gas branch, shared experience and opinions. About 80 companies presented their products on the specialized exhibition – manufacturers and providers of equipment, road and other machinery from a row of Russian towns and cities. The program of the forum included round tables, scientific and practical conferences and presentations. The participants listened to more than 50 reports and speeches, as the informational and analytical board at the administration of Noviy Urengoy informs. In the final resolution of the forum the participants marked importance of exchange of experience in exploitation and probation of modern systems of extraction and preparation of hydrocarbons to transportation, use of energy-saving technologies. They recommended continuing fulfillment of “Ecological policy” elaborated by enterprises of oil and gas complex and municipal programs on environmental protection to provide safety of future of northern towns. They also underlined significance of interaction between regional enterprises and organizations of vocational education. The talk was about joint elaboration of educational programs, fulfillment of the program “I choose specialization” on creation, development and extension of the network of specialized classes, assistance to job placement of graduates from vocational education institutions. The deputy head of the administration of Noviy Urengoy Nadezhda Bondar summed up the results. As she says, the conducted survey shows that for many people the forum became the platform of effective dialogue and exchange of experience, start for concluding of new contracts, some companies wish to open their branches in Noviy Urengoy. She expresses hope that many of the participants will also arrive next year.
